_{btw, if you're wondering what the hell is going on... This emote is made up of two characters that can be typed. The "mouth" is obviously an underscore "_" which can be found on any normal keyboard.
The character that appears to you as an "eye" is actually a consonant letter from the Kannada language. The Kannada language is spoken mostly in Karnataka(a state in India). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's pronounced "tha" (Just incase, for some odd reason, you wanted to know).
If you don't want to use the emote you can always type "ಠ_ಠ" instead, but I made this emote so that you don't have to.}
